I can't believe Mac Brown burned one year of his elgibility for garbage time against Rice.

It does not matter how long you were involved in a particular competition (for example, one play in a football game, one point in a volleyball match); you will be charged with one season of competition.

I agree with Mac Brown that McCoy is not ready. I fully expect to see competition for the QB spot this off season but right now McCoy is not ready and the added pressure of being the younger brother of Colt and the expecation that fans is alot to overcome. Since Mack has been HC of the Longhorns he has brought this team back to the elite level and as disappointing of a season as this has been Mack should be given the leeway to do what he thinks is best for the long haul.
