Bears Waiting on Hutchinson --
Sun Nov 14, 2004 --from FFMastermind.com

PFW reports the Chicago Bears hope to see something from QB Chad Hutchinson before the end of the season. Hutchinson is considered a favorite of members of the scouting staff because of his prototype size and good arm strength, but he didn’t pick up the playbook quickly enough to start ahead of rookie QB Craig Krenzel.

I cant believe how desperate the bears must be waiting on hutch to be there starter. And i thought we were in bad shape. I better eat my turkey early due to me forseeing indigestion watching this game on turkey day.

What week did Hutch sign with the Bears? Just thiking about how long it's taking him to learn the offense. You'd think they'd be able to scale down the offense to get him some playing time. I mean, after his baseball layoff, he had a a year and a half with us and like half a year in nfl europe. You would think that would be enough to get him acclimated back to football. Everyone likes Hutchinsons's size and arm stregnth, but he might be a better picther afterall. But I'm hoping he takes advantage of the situation at QB in chicago this year.

They signed him after Grossman went down so it was in the first few weeks.

Hutchinson is a young version of Vinny - fumbles, INTs, can't get out of his own way. Unless he has a superb offensive line I doubt he will be successful in the NFL. Just having a big arm doesn't get it done in today's NFL.

I hate Hutch.

I hate everything he represents and I hate everything he stands for and is associated with.

I even hate his face.

How interesting. And what exactly is it that Hutchinson stands for, pray tell? I mean, all the guy ever did was come in and try to play football. Or, did he do something else for some?

Careful what you wish for there. Hutch has a pretty good Thanksgiving history.

LMAO! Oh yeah, he had one Thanksgiving game victory over the hapless Commanders at Texas Stadium. Yeah, history will definitely repeat itself. Hey everybody, careful what we wish for.

So do I....Thanksgiving :D

No kidding. Although with Zimmer at DCoord he'd find a way to make Hutch look like Peyton Manning.
