According to local radio here in DC, callers with ties to local police say he was arrested for DWI.

I've said since he was drafted that this kid is a train wreck waiting to happen. He's a total head case. Walked out of the rookie symposium, was fined, & the Skins had to put him on a plane to send him back. Problems with his agent(s) & complaining about the contract he signed. Problems in TC. Now this. He's AB & TO combined (the head case part)--squared.
