OTAs: May 19-20, May 22, May 28-30, June 2-3, June 5

Can't wait to hear about some Cowboys news. Biggest headline of course will be Micah Parson's contract. He's been involved with the team doing team activities/voluntary work, but now comes the on field work. I'm pretty sure he's not going to risk anything by being out there practicing without a new deal.

It will be great to see our new coach and how he goes about coaching this team in practices, and the other position coaches getting our guys ready for the season.

Hoping everyone comes in shape, and not setback due to injuries

Waiting to hear about who's having good practices, and who needs to ramp it up!!!

@Coogiguy03 I have different dates. What is your source? I have May 23-25, May 30-Jun 1, Jun 5-7.

What does Micah's contract have to do with OTA's.
It is not like it makes it official they have to negotiate at that time.

I am interested in seeing how the new coaching staff handle everything, hopefully get. glimpse of what direction they want to take the team, and how they go about it.

Of course how are the rookies being used. Specifically the RB's. And what combinations of the OL they use.
Of course it will tells us nothing at this point. But it is football to discuss.

Thank you for the links. My source was the DC website events calendar in March. It's been deleted since then, so I appreciate the updated information.

Even if Micah was planning to attend, I wouldn’t put it past Jerry to ask him to skip it so they can get a headline out of it.

Wish I wasn’t serious.

Oh, I am sure you are correct. Jerry will somehow get headlines.
We may get some dandy comments we all can joke about. Or  about, being another JWB Jerry-ism.

Are you serious????? So he's willing to risk injury in OTA's, this is not hard at all to realize. He can be there and learn the defense with the guys, but do his work in the classroom and sidelines

I meant from a news standpoint.
I don’t care if he practices.
A plus if he does, as they are basically glorified walk through practices.
He does have a new defensive scheme to learn.

But if he doesn’t, then that is understandable.
However he does have a current contract playing on his 5th year option.
As there is no guarantee he will get a new contract.
