Nah, we got the same old Cowboys as the last 30 years. Shotty is just another version of Jason Garrett.Shotty is in control in a lot of ways others weren't. I'm fine with him.
Next week will say a lot.
You guys say this every single season. Don't you get tired of practicing cognitive dissonance? The exact reason is does no good to push the panic button.
We knew the problems wouldn't be fixed week 1.
To be fair, they could also mean that "Week 1 shouldn't make anyone panicked. You should have been panicked for a decade now"You guys say this every single season. Don't you get tired of practicing cognitive dissonance?
You are only fooling yourself. The only takeaway from the game last night is that it's business as usual with the JonesBoys. To be fair, they could also mean that "Week 1 shouldn't make anyone panicked. You should have been panicked for a decade now"
jk.
I am in that non panic mode. But I also expected that this year would be one of growth and believe it or not, I had some good takeaways from the game based on that.
He's a fantasy camp head coach. A total phony.I get used car salesman vibes from Scotty every time he speaks. All the culture talk and brown nosing of the Joneses comes off as someone trying to overcompensate for lacking something else.
They play Washington at home. If they can't win that game then this is a 4/5 win team. Next week proves nothing.Shotty is in control in a lot of ways others weren't. I'm fine with him.

Week One proves nothing either. For any team in the NFL.They play Washington at home. If they can't win that game then this is a 4/5 win team. Next week proves nothing.
His ceiling may perhaps not be as high as it was when the Ravens won the Super Bowl.Fair points, but I wouldn't draw any conclusions from WK1 Harbaugh with the Giants.
The Giants have sucked for so long that they should basically have all-pros at every position. They don't, but they have amassed some decent talent.
And yes, Harbaugh had them ready and they looked good. But there's a reason he's not in Baltimore anymore. We'll find out if it was justified or not. He could become like Andy Reid, or more likely, he'll become like all the other career HC's that can't quite replicate the same success elsewhere.
I will, however, criticize the hiring process of Schotty until they finally let him go or he proves me wrong. With that said, I do like a lot of the staff cultivation he's done since he's been here.
Tell that to the Cards.Week One proves nothing either. For any team in the NFL.

The Cards will still be the Cards.Tell that to the Cards.
