After watching 1 quarter I'm pretty sure that John Blake is back to coaching OU. And OSU is just awful also. If they win and go to a BCS game then there's too many BCS bowl games. OSU is absolutely awful. They are only 9-2 because they've beaten almost nobody

I was there today.

Possibly the best all-around game from the Sooners this year against a quality opponent.

Definitely the worst I've ever seen the Orange Pokes play against OU.

That last play was hilarious!

I'm not an OU fan (I'm a Cornhusker fan) but I have to admit that watching them crush the OSU fans hopes and dreams today was hilarious.

I'll be returning the favor next weekend. Go Huskers, beat Texas!

Broyles was a man among boys. I'de hate to think how many games OU would have won without him.

NZ, you still think Miller is better?

I think he'll be the better pro. Obviously Broyles has had an outstanding year. Miller is more talented and has a chance to be the best receiver in school history.

On a funny note we have a guy at work whose a 'supposed' big time OSU fan. I say it that way cause the guy doesn't have a clue who any of the players on their team are, outside of Bryant and Robinson, and he just doesn't seem to know much about their history. He seems like a typical bandwagon, johnny come lately, type of fan.

But be that as it may he's been going back and forth with this buddy of mine here who is a die hard OU fan. Knows his stuff about the history of the schools, all that and for the second year in a row they've had a 20.00 bet on the game. My buddy did try, several times this year, to get the OSU fan to up the bet to 100.00 since he was so sure that OSU would just walk all over OU. Anyway for weeks now we've had to listen to, on and on and on, about how great OSU is. How they're so awesome. Blah, blah, blah.

I was smiling as they were getting crushed on Saturday and I told a friend, soon as it was over, that I bet Rusty (The OSU fan) would call in Monday with some excuse for why he couldn't be at work because he didn't want to take the flack for all the smack he'd been talking and also because I knew he wouldn't have the money he owed my buddy.

What happened today? Of course he called in with some excuse about how his water pump suddenly went out in his truck and he can't drive it to work cause the water is going out of as quick as he's putting it in. BUT the best part of that story was...But I'm going to drive it to my dads house (which is actually 3 blocks further away than work is for him) to fix it.

Now I know some are probably thinking that this is a legit story and could actually have happened. It's possible, as all things are in life, but you'd have to work with this guy and know him to just understand that there isn't anything wrong with his truck he just simply is trying to chicken out of being here after their beat down and he's putting himself in position to try and weasle his way out of the money he now owes my buddy.

Classic stuff.

I had to post this. Best post OU/OSU comment I have seen so far. :p:
