What's up with our boy Felix!? That brace must really be limiting him during games. He seems to jog on kickoffs(Maybe setting up the blocking?) where last year he would run full speed and hit the hole.

He's getting 4 carries? I realize we won and that's great but I'm a little worried about Felix. Ever since he's came back it's not the same Cat.

Also, are we incapable of running a screen for him? I mean he's arguably the best player in space in the NFL..something similiar to that long screen pass to McCoy last night. Please.

Okay I'm done nitpicking.

Well who do you want to see get the ball more, him or Choice?

People keep calling for Choice to get touches, which means Felix isn't going to.

Felix didn't play as much against the Eagles because he is the worst of the 3 backs as a blocker.
 
I'm still convinced Felix and Barber aren't 100% yet. Until then, why not let Choice roll with a few more carries?
 
Felix seems to have lost some of that explosion we saw before the injury. Whether it's because the knee is still bothering him or if it's the brace, I don't know. But he's definitely more tentative. Hopefully he will get that explosiveness back soon.

I still cringe every time he gets the ball...afraid he going to get hurt again. Like when he went head over heels after his knee hit Samuals helmet.

Why not run a screen then? Use the other teams aggressivness to our advantage.
 
Felix isn't 100%: that;s pretty obvious and choice is a STUD.....so there ya go.
 
I want to see Felix get more touches too. Don't care at whose expense.
 
The Cowboys will not get where they want to go without Felix going off and becoming a dominate force, imo. That was only a four point game last night.

They are going to need him if they want to change the December blahhs and win a playoff game or two or three.

You are right. They need to get Felix in space, and they need to get him the ball.

Also, they need to run some zone blocking for him. I've seen them run some of those plays.

He isn't getting any room to run, the few times he's getting the ball (rushes).

Remember the Carolina game where we started with a screen to Felix?

At least, I think it was the Carolina game. Play worked great. Wish we could see more of that.

Eh, that wasn't really a screen but those are the plays I'm talking about. Get him in space!

That really works well against the Eagles. In your mind.

That stuff works when you are letting DEs come clean on the QB to set it up - but the Eagles regularly blitz DB who are going to get there much faster

Choice isn't getting touches. He has like 7 carries in the last 3 games. 3 of them are from the Wildshat.

I think the issue at this point needs to be about Barber getting a couple less carries to allow Choice and Felix a couple more plays.

Of course 12 carries for Barber is pretty low as it is so who knows.
