I am not one to make knee jerk reactions but I think Wade needs to go. I love him as a DC but not as a HC...

We seem to find the Dave Campo type coaches... They excel at their positions just not a head coach.

With the talent we have he should have no problem winning 9+ games minimum even with parody in the league.

I think we need to make a switch, one of the last straws for me was pointing a finger at the QB... Like that is going to make anything better, Wade in my eyes looks like a freaking idiot now...

Jerry needs to drop to his knees, beg and bring in Cower and maybe even Gruden as OC...

No saying it as a bad thing... We bring in good college coaches or good coordinators who flop because they dont have the proper leadership to be a HC
