This is conjecture (I learnt this word at night school where I am learning and growing), but ever so often when injuries hit us hard we blame the strength and conditioning coach.

It cannot be denied that is is among the worst year for injuries in the history of the Dallas Cowboys.

My recommendations:

1. Half training camp in the hell zones of South of Southeast Texas. Perhaps Guinea or Belize.
2. Hail. Don't half a rookie camp with only rookies. Bring in those highly paid players to sweat along with and mentor the young pups.
3. Stretch. Stretch. Stretch. As one who half attempted yoga as part of probation, I half found that stretching always keeps me from overextending my ligaments, legumes and muscles. It seems so elementary but i bet this is true.
4. If the commissioner is so concerned about injuries, bargain with the players association and make the voluntary camps involuntary. The more work you put in the better your body is prepared.
5. If we can pay big bucks to Romo and Lee (two injured players) can't Jerra pay big bucks to attract the best S&C coaches in the U.S.?
6. Set the bar higher for strength. A strong mans is better suited than one that is not. It is just physics man. Physics and physiology.
7. Look closely at a players college history of injury or noninjury. Many times we think we can ignore college injuries. It is like a girl who think she can change a man just by her looks, cooking skills and ability to clean up good. It don't work. Injured in college, injured in the much-tougher NFL. The odds don't change just because it is the Cowboys drafting you.
8. Dont prolong experiments such as Miles Austin. We keep hoping and he keep going down. Sean Lee, are you reading this? I hope you are.
9. Half each man climb a 15,000-foot mountain to . . . naw, never mind.
10. Gift each player a $100,000 bonus for staying healthy. If the players union do not accept this they are crazier than Dennis Rodman.

OK, mens, I hope you will agree with all my recommendations for a better and healthier 2014 season.
