We shouldnt be sold on Washington because everybody knows those none scoring frauds dont have anything coming when it's all said and done.

They are having decent defensive performances against bad teams and getting rimmed by better offenses like the saints and Falcons. What do you think will happen to them with the like of the rams, vikngs, saints, Falcons, bears, etc waiting around for a wack *** team like that to step in their way?

Philly isnt good and the giants?????......well.

Dallas is the only team in the east becoming balanced before our very eyes.

More than likely Washington falls and Dallas atleast wins out the division with home games against wash and philly, a bad giants team, plus a dak-zeke-amari-led offense that should only get stronger.

What makes me mad is the coaches showing ability when their jobs are on the line. I seriously dont get their angle. These are things they should be doing offensively every week.

I have been tough on dak and the coaches and will continue to until they show consistancy.

I said the beginning of the season that if Dallas can score about 24 points a game with that defense playing like that they will be hard to stop.

They are now there with cooper. What should keep this train going is the continued fired lit under the ***** of the coaches.

This is also what Jerry must realize instead of praising too fast too quick. The coaching is the train and Jerry is the coal. If jerry flames out then the train will stall.

We are the only team based on situation to make a run in the east and if you know your football outside of the cowboys then that should be easy to see.

Will we depends on the coaching.

More than not the reality at the end of the year is Jerry may find himself torn between what to do with Garrett.

As a fanbase we must prepare for the worse.

We clearly have the best team as far as players in the NFC east but the team can't get out of their own way. The crazy thing is if Dallas can beat the Falcons and Washington lose to the Texans; then Thanksgiving will be a championships of sorts with a deadlock in the East. Then Dallas will control their own destiny. This may be the perfect storm.

Philly has the toughest schedule moving forward. I think that the Saints will demoralize the cesspool of a city and the fans will turn on the team.

I hope that it all falls into place this weekend. Crazy season.

not disagreeing with what you said, I just see the fanbase (me included) being JUST LIKE GARRETT in a sense....Garrett coaches to not lose (putz)....we are "fanning" to expect a loss this week to keep the 8-8 dream alive....I would just LOVE to see some consistency so that I can talk to co-workers about how my team is gonna win this week, but I stay silent because I just don't want them to lose

someone shoot me

The win against Philly was one of the biggest upsets in NFL history.

Cowboys must show consistency, personally I felt this past game was the best game they played this season and that includes the Jacksonville game but Cowboys can't continue this up and down play. I truly hope they can play up to what I feel their capabilities are if they do that then I do think they have a chance to get this season turned around. Right now they need to go out and prove it.

Win the divisional games and you'll win the division. Really is that simple.

Normally we play well in the division. That first loss hurts though, especially considering we had all the momentum going if that kick goes in and we force OT.

The problem I see is how much more difficult our schedule is compared to the skins. Heck, even the Colts are playing a lot better now as well.

If we win the next two we have a shot. But if we lose to the falcons, I really don't see us staying in the race.

This was just one game. This team has shown over and over they can come up with a really good one and then fall back down the next week. Consistency has always been a problem in the Garrett era.

I agree. I think next 2 games will determine if the Cowboys chances of making a run this season. Washington OL is pretty banged up and facing a Houston team on a hot streak coming off a bye, so a loss by the skins is very possible. However none of that matters if Cowboys can’t show consistency in their play and string together wins

Washington may very well crash to earth. they looked good against an under achieving Bucs team, but I can't imagine that OL holding up. their secondary is weak and yes, teams with good passing ability will devour their secondary.

Philly has too many injuries to over come..... down to 4th RB and lost their top 3 CBs. this will limit what they can do defensively and they have to win via their offense. 8-8 and better conference record may win this division.

I don't put too much stock in our win over philly. the offense still showed flaws and went against an under manned philly DB field. they couldn't do anything exotic defensively...I don't think our team, specially offense is balanced.

I do agree, cooper has made the team better....he draws attention and he has produced and what he does more than catches, is open up the rest of the offense.

we got a few tough games coming up....Atlanta can be hot offensively, they got a scary good WR group.....they are capable of scoring in bunches....if they do, not sure if our offense can keep up... Commanders-cowboys is always a toss up...its division game....you can notch the saints game as a loss......no way in heck we beat them....and rematch with philly...will they have figured it out in the next few weeks...

and then...we end up at 8-8, or 7-9....and what to do with garrett....

I look at this differently

I hold the players responsible.

Now apparently the OL coach was not working and that has been amended.

And Cooper improves everything

But we can.not spend #1s at every position and expect to succeed.

In b/w the playes have to go out and win with passion each week.

I expect a big letdown this next game.

We have not been able to capture the performance 2 games in a row.

The players have to get themselves ready.

The coaches can only do so much.

I feel like this team definitely can go 10-6 with their only loss being to NO. Every game is winnable besides that. Any given Sunday and all, but the Saints are just embarrassingly good right now, and Drew is going to win MVP. I think they’ll tear us a new one like they have everyone else they’ve played so far.

But if this team goes 10-6 after such a miserable start, I’ll call the season a success. If they don’t, then it’s a failure in my eyes.
