Cool story. Wish him well. Hope he gets a chance to at least got on the field for a few carries for a team, but I doubt he does much in the NFL.

His build seems a little too thin to be a RB. Those dudes are thick, like LBs

26 is already old to begin a career in the nfl, especially for someone who hasn't played a down of high school or college ball. I wish him all the luck in the world but he has a huge uphill battle in front of him.

At 6'2 @ 220, he'd actually be considered a "big" back, but there's so much much more than being a physical specimen to make in the nfl.

It's a lot harder to run with pads and a helmet on, not to mention in-between tackles. He might be in for a rude awakening.

Either way, cool story and I hope he proves me wrong. I'm pulling for him. If he makes a roster though, it'll likely be as a backup or 3rd-down RB.

Also, for what it's worth, if Murray isn't our RB next season, I have a hard time believing it will be anybody but Peterson replacing him (if/when he's released by MN).
