2. Just when it was looking good in the Eagles game, they go and put in Detmer....You know what that told me? That threw a nation wide " F the COWBOYS".



All there is left is one meaningless game....I hope they dont lay an Egg-seriously.

Yep. The Giants and Commanders won the games down the stretch that really mattered. And that was the difference this season. I hope we finish strong against the Rams though. I don't want a nailbiter. Enough is enough with those. I want a rout, plain and simple. If they don't smoke the Rams then they truly deserve to be sitting out this year.

Yeah-when Reid put out Detmer, couldn't help thinking the same thing too.

However-you knew the season was over when we had yet another late game collapse in Seattle. We had our goldmine of opportunities, but blew them in chunks.

I have to disagree. Our season was over when Cortez missed that FG on the Monday nighter against Washington. He makes that and we win.

Honestly-deep down inside, I was kinda glad the Skins won 'cuz we would have gotten KILLED by Tampa next week. Rice and co would be feesting on our Ts and Bledsoe.

Bottom line is....you can point to any number of times when this team blew it. Any number of games....all things considered, they had their chances all season long.......they blew it.

Actually, for me I knew we were in trouble when Flo went down.

I just couldn't see how we'd get any consistency on the OL unless we took the FB/TE/RB, etc. out of the pass routes to help out the young tackles.

But I have to say that I was disturbed by how "flat" we appeared versus the Giants and Skins at the end of the season.
