Suddenly is looking ALOT better! :starspinI REALLY like the additions of Carr and Pool. I have Alot more confidence in our D...

As long as the deep middle doesn't end up being a Carr-Pool lane next year...

If Jenkins Returns 100....Awesome

Sensy back at SS..picks up where he left off..Awesome

Scandrick..showed flashes, especially vs Wes...if he gets better and our New Secondary coach, can make them improve...even better..

Secondary is looking strong/Solid.....

The year we beat Philly twice in a row.....look for a D similar to that playing style in those games..

If we glue it all together

Carr-Pool the rest of the defense?

No kidding. Unless we improve our pass rush it won't matter who's in the secondary.

Our sack numbers weren't bad but we didn't generate near enough pressure on the QB.

The weak coverage didn't help. i see Jerry drafting DL and OL early, and throwing in a CB in round 3 or 4.

As long as we take some shots at S and CB in the draft, I feel pretty good about it. I'd like to see us draft a S with a lot of upside and a corner who specializes on the outside and not have to rely on Scandrick as the backup there. Scandrick is great in the slot, not so great outside. I feel like either Carr or Jenkins will get injured at some point. It feels like we're cursed with that.

Draft experts say this is a very weak safety class, but a pretty deep draft at DT and CB.

Ohhhhhh!!!! AND he's here all day folks.

Please remember....try the fish and tip your waitress. :lmao:

A Carr-Pool would be better if Mario Williams was driving along with Ware.

I agree with the statement that if pass rush is not improved, it won't matter that much who is in secondary.

I do like that Carr at least apparently looks back for the ball and plays tight coverage.

If you have 6 seconds to get open as a WR though, you will get open.

The new safety is suppossed to be athletic and have some ball hunting skills as a FS, so that might help, as we haven't really had a true FS for awhile, just a bunch of hybrids. We need help covering those long balls and getting our defense off the field on 3rd downs.

Ware needs help though. Another good rusher, helps Ware be better, and helps the secondary need to cover for less time.

Unless we can draft some help there, I think we need to add a veteran situational pass rusher in case Spencer has another tough year getting to QB. Butler is probably the other situational guy you have.

Not sure if Rat goes DE. Maybe if we add a Poe at NT, then we move Rat out and get help rushing that way a bit too.

Have you guys seen the Jets play defense? They've had a top defense for years and haven't had close to the pass rush we've had in the last 5 years.

The Ravens really only have Suggs applying pressure. Ngata is not the down in down out pass rusher most people think.

To say the coverage won't matter much with our pass rush is just idiotic.

Yes, I see us drafting either a CB or Safety in mid rounds for sure.
Does A Ball come back? I doubt it, but never know.
