Our Secondary

Exactly! Davis, Mayowa, Lawrence, McClain, Meet the Crawfords.

Keep in mind with our secondary ... SCANDRICK is still out. So we will get better!!!

Lock up Mo now

What is the latest on OScan and when he could return? Hammy, right? TIA

Dalton was 3rd in the league in passing he also has AJ Green. Jordy is a baller no doubt, but he is no Green.

Let's think about something here.......can anyone recall the last time a elite wide out went off on us? The one to come to mind was Calvin and that was what? 2 years ago? But I can't recall the last time its happened. Surely hasn't happened this year.

The secondary is turning out to be pretty good. Carr was solid today. Mo is the MVP of the defense right now and I'm not too worried about Scandrick not playing. Anthony Brown is looking like a steal and we seen Byron Jones make that nice play on the deep pass. The crazy thing in all of this is that we haven't been able to scream about how terrible Wilcox is. I know there's a lot of season left but he's been ok so far.

Nice post. The secondary has been GREAT IMHO...not good but GREAT. My gosh, we don't get much of a push up front (until today) so it makes our secondary even more impressive. Question for you guys. This is going to sound a LITTLE nutty, but hear me out. If Mo continues to ball out like this the rest of the year would you consider tagging him next year? My thinking is that we vastly overpaid him on his rookie deal. He hasn't done much until this season. I doubt he gives us a home town discount because...AGENT. But if we tag him we pay a lot but get to see if he can do it again for another year. Probably not a great idea, but I don't trust signing him long term: do you?

Julio had 164 last year on us.
Edelman had 120 on us.
Jordan Matthews had 133.
Evans had 126.
Crowder had 109.

You hear the same people saying it's because it's a contract year.

Last season was a contract year as well. Maybe this year he just "gets it".

I said from jump street, he hasn't been healthy. He's healthy now, and he has a few years under his belt.
As I've said previously, if coaches listened to fans, we'd have no team because everyone would be cut after a bad play.

Ok I remember that incorrectly on Julio. I think Mo was the one who played him well and Julio destroyed everyone else.

I don't consider none of those guys elite honestly except Julio. Evans is getting there though.

There's no coincidence that his first offseason without getting hurt he's having the best year of his career. None at all.

I wanna believe in this team so bad, a win next week, and I'll be all in

I'm more worried about the fact that Aaron Rodgers will have all day.
I would have said that before today. But our DL was pushing the Bengals line into Daltons face all day today and the GB line aren't exactly all pro at this point. I'm optimistic without getting carried away... Rodgers does move around well.

Mo had what 3 great passes defensed today that he batted away.
Also Anthony Brown has been playing very well filling in for Scandrick
Carr broke up some passes too.

Byron Jones has been a great player all along. Nobody sees it because he's not a pickoff guy, but he's always in position and his coverage is outstanding.
