Our Team is in Disarray

We have no clue who our starting QB is next week. Our offensive line couldn't block a Pop Warner team. Our defensive secondary is very suspect. We don't get pressure from our LBs and front line when we need it. Our coach looked like he was ready to throw in the towel in the press conference and we have an owner who is not happy. Where do we go from here?

This is usually when we win.

Don't know why, but that's how its worked for the past 10 years or so.

We simply played a bad game. That doesn't mean the wheels are falling off the wagon.

I am sad to say it, but I actually agree with you. This Cowboy team is a team in crisis, we either respond to the pressure with an unprecidented winning streak, or we fold like our team was supposed to.

COME ON COWBOYS!!!!!!!

:laugh1: Our team was in dissaray with a old, stationary QB leading us nowhere and making BP look like a stubborn old fart. We're now a sexy team. :laugh2:

there is a part of me that sits there and hopes that there is a turn around and this team does something to be remembered. But I really dont think this team has the balls to do anything like that

What you do is not simple

You start Romo yes he made some stupid throws tonight and some real nice ones like most young QB's with their 1st real playing time do.

2nd you re-evaluate the oline and see if you need to make changes

RG anyone RT has a young guy out there do you move Flo to RT and Try Pat at LT? I mean that is like super desperate talk so i don't see that option as a sound one. Can Pat play guard move him inside this year at rg. No clue what to do on that part. Start AL at Center maybe ? I have no clue what direction to go on the oline everything smacks of desperation and crazy fan talk?

Anyone have any other suggestions about Oline

LB's and dline should ratliff start over Spears ?

ILB do we make some changes ?

FS Watkins is a rookie and he will have few growing pains do you put Keith Davis back in ?

Seems like we are not pressing the WR and the DB's are playing off even on the Blitz's

Basically the coaches need to re-evaluate every player and make some choices on his is starting and who is not.

When you bench your starting quarterback, are unsure of who to now turn to at the position and have a coach that seems closer and closer to retirement with every loss....well, I'd have to chalk that up as a pretty worrisome situation.

Other than that it was a lovely evening.

I don't think it means we're going to the Super Bowl either.

1 bomb here, 2 bombs there. Every time someone scores a long TD on our defense there is an excuse, it has been happening over and over, it is a pattern.

Our fan base is in more disarray than the team is. JMO

It will be interesting what the fall out today will be. I'm not just talking about the QB situation but there are several players who need to look themselves in the mirror right now. This offensive line, the play of the defense and a big name WR who has been crying for the ball dropping a couple of critical passes. We focus on QB but there were many problems last night and at this stage nothing would surprise me in regards to other changes taking place this week.

Disarray?

10 games to play.

We would be 5-1 if we had a C- level QB... hardly "disarray". More like disappointment.

You all knew we had a very tough schedule, especially to start when our team would need time to gel. TO still has a broken hand and missed all of camp.

Now, if we lose the next 3 you could say "disarray" because it's very likely we'll have a new coaching staff as the team just quit... starting with defense. lets hope if that happens there won't be a promotion like moving Zimmer to HC next year. THAT would be disarray.
