Our training room and Staff ranking near the bottom of the league is pitiful

Good post. I wonder if the differences in annual group opinion may be connected with the influx of newer players onto the roster each year? We should put a pin in this topic and compare the 2026 report cards along with these.
Good question. If you scroll to the bottom (in red), it gives some context on how the polls were conducted and report cards created. It looks like 2023 was the first year for the reports.

It appears the union has a solid system for gathering data using its confidential questionnaire mentioned at the bottom. 1,300 players responded to that initial implementation. Wonder if the level of responses has remained constant or increased since then?

It is likely the union will never reveal it or even consider it but I would not mind seeing grading breakdowns according to player tenure. Perhaps that would allow for greater insight into what rookies, young and older veterans experience for themselves inside their work environments--as opposed to one, overall, interconnected version.
