Our training room and Staff ranking near the bottom of the league is pitiful

Good question. If you scroll to the bottom (in red), it gives some context on how the polls were conducted and report cards created. It looks like 2023 was the first year for the reports.

Here is the link from the NFLPA President explaining the purpose of the initiative:

It appears the union has a solid system for gathering data using its confidential questionnaire mentioned at the bottom. 1,300 players responded to that initial implementation. Wonder if the level of responses has remained constant or increased since then?

It is likely the union will never reveal it or even consider it but I would not mind seeing grading breakdowns according to player tenure. Perhaps that would allow for greater insight into what rookies, young and older veterans experience for themselves inside their work environments--as opposed to one, overall, interconnected version.

We should put a pin in this topic and compare the 2026 report cards along with these.
I’m not sure of the rules on pics but if you want to pin, these images may be an easier way to graphically view the overall results. The direct link to the NFLPA site for more context is below each pic link.

I should clarify what I meant by 'pin'. I was referring to coming back to the topic at a later date voluntarily. I did not literally mean pin, as in creating a sticky thread that would permanently remain at the forefront of any forum. Just clearing up any misunderstanding if that were the case. :)

Any image can be posted on the site unless they infringe upon the site rules, which has a dedicated tab located at the top of each webpage. However, some images cannot be posted from another hosted site, such as the 2025 example.

Some sites (along with their links) are filtered by CowboysZone automatically. The site filter alters the image's link filename, which prevents it and everything else embedded within banned sites from being viewed here. EDIT: Although it looks like that third image is behind a login interface instead.

First of all these are poles taken from various sources of players who usually have either been on a team and left and they've seen other facilities how do you know how they rank these most of these players are either jaded from being cut or left and went to another facility because what they have had those players have had to been in the home locker room and facilities of every single team in order for this to be accurate seems to be a lot of cherry picking.

Sure pick a year in which we had a ton of injuries and some of those things are skewed at San Francisco maybe they suck too because San Francisco had the same luck or I should say bad luck with injuries last year I mean I remember a report Where Christian mccaffrey was only supposed to miss so much time with his Achilles flare up and he pretty much missed the entire year they kept saying he's weak to week is going to be back and then it turned into he might need surgery and blah blah blah and at the same thing that happens here maybe that's just normal....
The media has eyes to see for themselves as well as ears to listen to what anyone associated with the NFL has to say. The conditions that are being mentioned weren't something strictly related to last year. They were prevalent during the entire time that the preceding staff was in charge and, quite possibly, even before that. The majority of them seem content, however.

Whether those conditions remain the same in the present and future should be seen in all likelihood. I don't and won't form my opinions of the team based upon the conditions in the training and locker rooms. That's something that concerns the players and the staff more than it does me -- but for their sake, I hope it satisfies them now and in the future.
