Yes we destroy average teams. We’ve only lost by six points or less to the elite teams. Sometimes only by three.
So do we give coaching credit for that. Do we give the players credit for that.
I don’t think we should slam the players whatsoever . Did we really expect to go far in the playoffs. We’re just not that talented of a football team .
We have maybe three Elite players on each side of the ball.
But the rest are average. I’m not Going to start talking about individuals.
Because you win or lose as a team. I think we had a great season considering.
No this is not a moral victory, this is just too we are . I think we can grow from this. We are still young.
 
I just need to know if you still think Dak is better than Mahomes?

WE didn't expect this team to go far in the playoffs. YOU preached all season about how this year was "different" though.

Also, we have 3 elite players on each side of the ball!? What?!?

No it’s not. Not when you have average football players creating 14 penalties. That’s the difference. We don’t have a good enough supporting cast. We are allowed San Francisco to sustain at least three drives . Two went for scores. And then we went back with 100 yards on offense because of penalties

Meanwhile, the deluded owner/GM was out making "Super Bowl or bust" proclamations the day of a wild card game.

This is why you need an objective set of eyeballs - objective because his job depends on it - evaluating your roster. Jerry develops relationships with players that cloud his judgment.

The elite teams were playing soft defenses because they had leads on the Boys. They let Dak get his "LET'S MAKE IT A CLOSE GAME POINTS" with the little 10-15 outs. Credit coaches for what, a team full of un-discipline players making stupid penalties down after down???????? This is not a good football and the leader of this club is a mediocre QB at best.
 
The lack of accountability and discipline is a massive factor… Aikman used to berate players for not making a catch in practice, these days nothing is said despite the same players every week lining up in the neutral zone, jumping offside or holding.
Also we literally have no rushing game… Zeke is completely done and Pollard isn’t the great back up some think he is.
And our DL doesn’t have one player I’m bothered if they’re here next year or not, our pass rush is piss poor.
6-0 against the NFC East and 6-6 against the rest says everything I’m afraid.
