I guess I should not have expected any different.

But wow people -We got outplayed by a very good front 4 that exposed our Oline that many of us agreed last week that Romo made look better than they were.

There was a thread about it where Jawaorski talked about our Oline.

Despite all of that we were in that game if we had a decent FG kicker which no one on the staff could control. No one would have ever dreamed that Folk would go south.

I have issues with the Oline and I think Garrett could have done a better job but I saw a lot of improvement from Garrett over the last half of the season so I think he will continue to grow.

The defense is fine. I am not worried about them.

I agree.

But, this was to be expected. This is the same type of crowd that writes Santa a nasty letter and pouts after he doesn't bring little johnny that new bike he asked for on Christmas.

Our OL is good, not great, but good. I hardly think it's an over-reaction to think that this OL could handle the Minn. def. line better than they did.

Actually, this board didn't blow up like it did in previous games this year. It is relatively tame now. Maybe the admins did a better job of "call-out" control this time.

Garrett did not call a good game. He didn't use the defense's aggression against them early by calling screens and short passes. Our players helped him out by not executing against their man.

We improved from the year before, which is a good thing, but what concerns me was Garrett falling back into his predictable play-calling. Everyone can have a bad game once in a while, just hope he learns from this.

They where not that aggressive, for the most part they only rushed 4 and dropped 7. You're not going to have much success with screens and stuff against that.
If your o line can't block a 4 man rush you're not going to have much success with anything really Garrett had some bad calls (Barber naked toss :bang2:) but everything will look bad when you can't block

Actually, so far, this is a lot more tame then I honestly thought it would be.

I agree with this statement.

A completely healthy, or close to it, O-Line? Yeah. They could.

An O-Line with Flo out, and Free playing a position he's not been playing, and possibly not been practicing, all year and Marc struggling is going to get your QB killed. Which ours pretty much did.

The Defense gave up some pretty big plays, 34 points is 34 points. Granted they had to defend a short filed for much of the game, but the secondary other than Jenkins is pretty suspect IMO. Hamlin is just worthless.

Your so right on with this. This was our OL fault period! This game had nothing to do with play calling or Romo or our defense. You can't win a game when your QB is sacked 6 times and running not to get sacked the rest of the time. Any QB would have been the same result.

Yep. I knew this would happen when I saw how overconfident everyone was after beating the Eagles a second time. When all the talk is about how many points we'll win by and who we'd rather play in the next round, you know expectations have gotten out of hand.

It stinks to have the year end, always. But it doesn't mean everyone is incompetent and should be fired. I guess Ken Whishenhunt and John Harbaugh and their coordinators are worthless, too, as are Warner and Flacco. Please.

The truth is, next week the Vikes could well lose by multiple scores at New Orleans, and their fans will be calling for everyone's head as well. You know it's coming, but at some point it's just silly.

I hope Garrett and the oline were not the problem... bc you can bet they will all be back next yr! The Oline is set, cap hits aside... do you want Pat McQuiston and Montrae Holland playing? you dont revamp entire OLINEs in 1 offseason and expect to win!

Jerry cant even replace the FB position what makes anyone think he can fix an entire OLINE!
