Over/Under on wins this season has Cowboys at 8.5

Jazz, Have you seen all of the players that have left the Team since those 3 12 win teams?
I am talking a mass exodus my friend.
And our last few drafts have not been stellar.
We currently got NOBODY at back up QB and Dak is now injury prone.
It should be entertaining no doubt.

And most of those players many fans on here wanted gone. Said they suck. So they are replaced by players of equal skills. Though fans will not accept that since they do not like any anyway.
I stand by my posts.

Fact!
We are going to lose both Games to the Deadskins and EGirls and the Midgets are not guarenteed victories anymore.
So we will be doing good just to avoid last place in our division.

It's just somewhat annoying to me that some keep saying stupid crap about how badly injuries affected the win total from last year.
Dak and the whole team sucked way before all the injuries started happening.

As for this year, I think your prediction is pretty spot on.

Brutal schedule as of now, 7-8 wins is realistic while healthy. Lose a couple key players to injury early and five wins might be the max.

Exactly what I'm thinking with the current roster. Even if they resign Parsons, we haven't gotten better from last season.....just more expensive

Hey if you want Dak gone, its understandable. But we really need to stop talking about his contract as if thats the reason they suck at adding talent to the roster. Its never been more clear than this season.

Interesting how those betting odds are thrown out there before the draft, since most, excluding the Dallas FO and many fans, understand that the draft isn’t going to change much right away, but keep dreaming as you often do.

I’ve never been right on predictions. But can’t even take a guess till we see what the roster is gonna look like. 2-3 players can make a huge difference to a roster

There is no reason to not take the over. Other than just pure dislike for the team.
They had 3 straight 12 win seasons and made the playoffs. And the playoffs have nothing to do with this. It is a regular season thing. Just saying playoff type teams, win at least 10 games most of the time.

They were favorites to win the NFCE last year or at least to compete for it again with the Eagles. So win the east or get a WC.
Even with the lack of off season moves, they were returning the same team with added draft picks. So no reason not to think they would win 11 or 12 games. Then the injuries happened. And yes, injuries derailed SF as well.

So with basically a similar team this year, the way it is looking. No reason the should not be around 10 wins.

There is no reason to believe the other 31 teams won’t be improved compared to last season. All 31 of them have a better front office than the Dallas Cowboys. Six wins with this roster, no matter what happens in the draft, and Schottenheimer deserves Coach of the Year.

Some here chose to forget as soon as Dak got hurt. Everything was fine before! We just need to get healthy!!
