I am curious how cutting McCoy affected the comp pick formula, if any.

Waddle, Pitts...I know Pitts isn't technically a receiver, but same difference. A top-10 big board could very easily be (in no order)

Lawrence, Fields, Lance, Wilson
Sewell, Slater
Chase, Smith, Waddle, Pitts

Waddle might be a fringe top-10 pick, but if the alternatives are, say, Parsons, Surtain, and Farley...it's hard not to make Waddle the pick if you're just going BPA

i would definitely draft Pitts at 10,i love his game.I never even considered Waddle as a top 10 player.

I must have missed it because I didn't even see Heath on the list and I do now oh well maybe I was cross-eyed or hoping
for that extra 3rd Rounder. I guess though an extra 3,4,5,6 can help fill some holes though

Pretty much who I'm thinking, but you could make a case for probably 6-8 guys.

I think he was cut after the deadline regarding compensatory picks.

Regardless, a nothing signing and a waste of time. Hope like heck this Front Office learned from it and get better.

However, most of our personnel moves are about vindicating our fraudulent GM and Boy Wonder GM, so you can pretty much count on McCoy getting another shot.
