Threaten to fire the coach if they do not do well in the playoff then most often don't do it. Perhaps change a DC or OC. Then sign a "B list" free agent of two. Make a trade for a "B level" guy. Restructure a couple of contracts. Extend some guys most often overpaying them to longer than needed contracts. Have a good draft. That is the Jones plan. Year in and year out. Why should this off season be any different?
