Taking it out made no sense to begin with, loses time, risk fumble (lol), hard to make to the 25 etc.. Just take a knee and let Rodgers do his thing. The Rams were begging to lose that game playing for a FG with over 2 mins left and Rodgers on the other sideline. Montgomery gifted them the game.

Pretty much have to cut him or you risk losing the locker room in my opinion.

I was just referring to the time that Curvin Richards was cut and how he didn't tolerate fumbles.

To be honest, I don't know how good this player is, but if he's good, let it go. He screwed up and let his team mates down, and cost them a shot at winning the game. He's going to be the person that feels the worst about that decision. Now I don't know his reasoning, but if it was anything except trying to make something happen and giving the team better field position then I recant my statement about letting it go.

Yep, Jimmy had a sliding scale of discipline. if you were a bottom half of the roster player, you had better not do anything stupid.
