Not sure the drama and the distraction is worth the headache, for a none playoff run, with a rookie HC.

Again, it wouldn't have mattered either way/Jerry gonna create drama whenever he can and the losses would have still piled up. And can we really call him a rookie HC because JJ is the de facto one pulling the strings? He's still an assistant like he's always been imo.

I'd be happy to be wrong, but results haven't changed in years. And I'd be shocked to see Dak last the whole season w/the OL that no one is talking about who have 3 semi rooks and only one true above average vet.

The drama was already at a 30 year high. It was the closest thing since Jimmy left.

I think they know better than to have him come out when he is not ready. NO could always trade the pick and collect 1st rounders to get him later.

True but you brought up a good point. If it's NO, he could make the exception and just sit for a year on the bench learning before starting fully. Anywhere else, he might stay another year in CFB before coming out if he's not ready.

Every year is different too and they got a new offensive head coach so I'm hoping for Micah a SB ring on one hand but us much better draft pick or ammo with those two ones on another.
