Regardless of whether or not it's a rookie or a free agent pick up, this team desperately needs an upgrade at back up.

If there's no real good option at QB in the draft, I wouldn't mind taking a look at Jake Locker. He's young and has accuracy issues, but he could learn alot from sitting behind Tony for a couple of years.

No matter how this season ends up, the Cowboys BETTER have a plan at QB for the future either this next year of the year after.

I really don't see how the Eagles could win up there unless Green Bay just gives the game away with a bunch of turnovers. You can't beat a top contender in extreme conditions like that playing finesse football.

Not even just cold weather. The offense which is supposed to be explosive can't hang with quality competition. Probably to do with finesse as you said.
