A source outside of the Chiefs organization informed Scout.com that the Packers have offered their first overall pick (16th overall) and fourth round pick (112th overall) in this weekend's NFL draft for RB Larry Johnson. If the Packers and Chiefs agree on a trade, it is likely that a verbal agreement on a contract between Johnson and the Packers would have to be in place.

Moss to Packers deal still possible

Look for the Randy Moss-to-Green Bay talk to come back soon, and look for the trade to happen some time Saturday or Sunday, especially if the Packers pass on a wide receiver in the first round.

That'd work out swell for GB. The Chiefs could then take his successor (Lynch) at #22.

GB could become damn good (on paper) if those trades went through. They would be the favorites in the North this year for sure.
