What was up with Harbaugh going for 2 last 40 seconds down 1 ? I mean your team just fought back from being down 2 TD’s to get within one and this is strategy ? What’s wrong with OT ? I thought too good to be true Cardinals and possibly Packers going down on the same day would have helped .

It was a stupid decision by Harbaugh. Your team is down 2 TDs and your team has fought back, why would you not want to go into OT and your at HOME. You go for 2 if you do not believe in your team winning and being the better team and desperate.

I think your right he had no belief his team could keep Aaron Rodgers out of the end zone in OT. But even if you make the 2 Rodgers had 40 seconds to get them in FG range . At least in OT you have a chance. If McCarthy pulled this move in Dallas even Brad Sham wouldn’t be able to pucker up and throw soft ball questions at coach . Just a dumb move .

On the bright side the Ravens have a very nice back up QB in UDFA Huntley . The guy can scamper and pass the ball. The Ravens are not dead in the water without LaMar Jackson who’s hurt , Huntley could start for a number of teams. Probably three in the NFC East the Cowboys play 6 times a year.

Why do people just have this weird assumption that your odds are better with more plays than with one play?

What is so great about overtime? How does that increase their odds?

Pretty self explanatory . Kick the extra point and hopefully keep Rodgers out of FG range. But going for 2 has much less of a chance and if fails game over. And even if you make two you still have to keep Rodgers out of FG range. Well it failed and instead of possibly extending the game the game is immediately over. I think Harbaugh showed zero confidence in his team .
