Lions have EXACTLY the kind of pass rushing DL that can slow Rodgers down. They held him to 1 TD earlier this season and like 160 yards.

Again, that means nothing though when the season gets late. They have eeked out so many wins this season that they probably should have no business winning. I just don't buy into Stafford at all. Yes you can rely on your defense to win but at some point, your QB needs to make plays to win. And I trust Rodgers a lot more than Stafford.

Stafford does get INT streaks. Agree.

The Lions have had to eek out wins because they've been playing without their best offenseive player.

The media here in Chicago are going to have a field day with Trestman, Mel Tucker and Cutler tomorrow. What a train wreck.

Whats so interesting about the NFL year is that so many teams are capable of going on a crazy hot streak - see Pittsburg until today, GB tonight, Baltimore a few times, Denver on occasion - where the offense is unbelievable. And then the team gets beat by someone the next week like it never happened.

Dallas has been pretty consistent - 17-30 points every game, you know what you are going to see. A lot of running and Romo making accurate passes 75% of the time.

Is that a recipe to win in the playoffs? Its a better recipe than some. But its going to make for even closer games as season progesses imo.

Quick and white does not necessarily mean drug enhanced.

The Clay Matthew on roids argument has raged here on CZ from time to time over the years.

The 'Yes he is' argument point to him being 160 lbs coming out of high school and him having to walk on at USC.

The 'No he isn't argument' point to bloodlines -- like the 10 or so Matthews who have played in the NFL including his dad was who was great for many years, his uncle who is in the HOF, various other high draft picks etc.

The yes he is also relates to the report prior to the 2009 draft that he, Brian Cushing and Taylor Mays were suspected to have failed steroids tests while at USC.

Hey Jeremiah. How you feeling right now?

The sad part is he got what he wanted. He scammed Dallas out of millions of dollars and then got a contract with the Bears. He probably doesn't care about his new team's sorry state now.

Same as Orton.
