Panthers RB Jonathon Brooks to Miss Entire 2025 NFL Season

Panthers prepared for this by signing Rico and drafting Travis Etienne with Dallas' 4th round pick from the Mingo trade (damn, I'd feel a lot better with Rico n Etienne), so the Panthers run game is sitting pretty, still.

As for Johnathan Brooks, I love the decision to sit the year out because he's still young and needs to get healthy first, in order, to start his career. This safe approach is the avenue I wanted his former teammate Overshown to take with his 2nd injury, but DeMo is willing to risk it all.
Panthers well on their way to a top 5 pick and they opened up the door for the Cowboys getting Booker and Pickens.

I recall Bryan Broaddus having a fit in the 2024 draft when we didn't draft him. Looking back, I now understand why he's no longer working as a scout or talent evaluator. Which RB in the 2024 draft was a stud? I seriously can't think of 1.

He’s a SB winning scout and that radio station will tell you every 10 mins unless you forgot

The young man ought to retire and take a different life path. Sometimes things have a way of organically shaking out, to then be revealed for us, shown if you will. We all have had those times in our lives. I wish him the best, but he's just not cut out for this.
