Most of these coaches want to rise in the ranks. Especially guys who used to be head coaches. Comes with a better title and better pay. Quinn isn't going to be a coordinator the rest of his career. A lot of the vacant jobs are usually bad situations.

Either Chargers or Raiders if no other coaches get fired. He’s not going to Atlanta, he’s not going to diss Jerry and go to Washington, and Carolina is a death sentence
