I don't like to see him go..he is not the problem
JJ and his son are the issue
It was JJ and son that likely insisted Kellen be retained not only as primary OC, but that the offense remain completely in his hands,.. and not McCarthy.

Lol at Moore having any success as a HC. He's a terrible OC. He's Jason Garrett 2.0. The only reason Garrett was ever a coach was because of Jerry. People said the same thing when he left here. That we would have success elsewhere. He got demoted to OC and didn't even make it 2 seasons with NYG. He was that bad and they cut bait quick. Now look at them, Getting the most out of their offense and on an upwards trajectory. No team wants him. No teams want Kellen either. He's employed because of the Jones circus front office.
If Kellen is so "terrible" ..then why were we ranked among or the top of the entire NFL in virtually every offensive category ?

Garrett's offense is nuthin' compared to Kellen Moore's. Kellen brought innovative creations that Garrett was limited.
Kellen has a couple of flaws, but to place Terrible label, and declaring No team wants him ' .. doesn't seem fair assessment.

I agree that it's a misnomer to call Moore a "terrible" OC. He's clearly a very good OC.. But you are correct he is not without flaws. The worst of which for me is his utter disdain for the running game and his refusal to attack matchups. His egalitarian approach to player deployment is absolutely maddening. He seems to call plays for X or Y to get the ball instead of for Zeke or TP or CeeDee.. The slow starts on offense have been a staple since he took over the offense and I firmly believe that it's because he goes into every game wanting to "figure out" how the defense is going to play us before really dipping into his bag. I find that passivity absolutely unacceptable. We have 17 games of film on this opponent including one with THIS team against them. We should know going in where we can attack them and do just that. Especially since their approach (like every other team we face) will be to treat us like they know what's coming.

I am an hour from Charlotte in the small town of Lexington and I have to put up with the Panthers too.
Small is a relative term. Lexington has half the population of my entire county LOL

In laws moved down from Vermont and live in Salisbury.

Steve Wilks should tell the Panthers......"You're kidding right, you're going to interview KMoore?" Complete disrespect and NFL entitlement going on.
