Parcells and the media gag order?

I was under the impresion Parcells did not allow his coaches or players to talk to the media. Is this only for regular season? Obvioulsy?

Yep, it's only in regular season that his coaching staff can't talk to the media. The players can talk to the media during regular season, but Parcells likes them to do that at VR, not away from there--or so I've heard.
