Bill Parcells and Bill Walsh - have had the top two greatest impacts on the NFL in the last 20 years....you cant argue with results...

marty S has the 3rd biggest impact...cowher -went to two, won one...dungy went to one and won it...marty has alot of coaches in the NFL also....
when its all said and done Bill Walsh has the most impact and parcells is 2nd in my book....slam him all you want but his ways do work....look at the two guys in the superbowl tonight...its the players that need to buy into it...thats the problem...not the coach...now with that said I do believe you have to be a little personable...coughlin was never even close to as personable as parcells was until this year and it worked...
