Parcells is going to Cry

So am I. I expected far more, hell I almost believed the Romo pimping from his legion of fans here and thought, hey maybe the prodigy can bring us back.

As Kornheiser said, the most popular player on the team is always the back up QB.

I guess old over rated QB's who can't win a big game are not popular either. Romo is no-one's saviour, but will play better than Bledsoe.

Book it.

Yea, it sucks to have the same people that were calling for Henson 11 weeks encourage our franchise to mediocrity.

I cant imagine how a fan could call for a guy who has never won an NFL game to be inserted into this line up at this point. We may not make 8-8 this year.

You know, I was a Henson supporter before I was a Romo supporter. But, I realized that Henson just didn't get it, and that Romo has something that BP sees. I've never been a Romo pimper, but I knew this was the time for a change. Bledsoe was gawd awful. I mean, ridiculously awful for a 14 year vet. That pat, pat, pat, sack he took, and then that interception near the endzone were INEXCUSABLE. Now, I think BP made the decision to go with him a little late because of his loyalty to Bledsoe, but I can't fault him at all for him doing it - finally.

There was NO WAY we were going to win with Bledsoe tonight. Of course, that's unprovable, but it's time to move on.

We may not be going anywhere with Romo. But, at least there is a possibility that we may be. We ain't going anywhere with Bledsoe.

he's taking this loss hard...

honestly, I wish he'd resign

its obvious he isnt going to lead us to a championship...why put off what would have to be done later?

I dont think it matters...I just think Parcells is out of ideas to reach this team or prepare it better than the team they play against...he reached a point a long time ago where he was no longer an asset on the sideline

none of the coaches on this staff should be back next yr

Yea I'm with you, some people always want the devil they don't know and they don't realize that nobody ever wins that way.

He ain't gonna cry, he's just drawing a paycheck. I sure ain't gonna cry- I called it earlier tonight that they would come out flat and suck- they always do in big games. This team ain't worth crying over anymore, it's just another, mediocre, inconsequential team not capable of winning against good teams. We haven't had a real contender since 1998, and that is stretching it calling that team a contender.

reach this team

this is what has been bugging me for a few years now

our teams just can't seem to be able to motivate themselves, always need Parcells to do it for them

see sig, desperation at it's finest, I've reached that stage

Parcells seems depressed. Another big-game loss from an uminspired, unemotional, sloppy team. It's becoming a clear trend w/ 1 common denominator, and that is him.

We need a new coach.

Jerry: Steven, get Kirk Ferentz on the phone.

I think there might be a reason why two other teams have given up on Bledsoe. New England is way better without him and the Bills aren't any worse. Bledsoe is not the Cowboys' savior and I knew it when he came here.

Henson couldnt read a blitz package and looked frozen against a bad Chicago team (who at that point had a sorry defense).

Romo played pretty well all things considered, against a good opponent.

Ferentz would work for me. Good head coach, and an offensive line specialist.

Hate to say it, but I think the Parcells retirement rumors will start very soon. He went all in with a bad hand tonight and didn't get lucky.
