If anyone is looking for a answer of what has gone wrong look no further than Jerry Jones and Bill Parcells. How many times have we gone into a season and our offseason needs were not addressed.

Recall the year Woodson was injured, we lost our starting CB to the Dolphins, and we needed a DE in the worst way... What did Parcells and Jones do? They go with 3 unproven CB's in Reeves, Jones and the other kid we drafted... The biggest free agent CB out there was Antoine Winfield... A player that we could have gotten very easily... Lastly we brought in Bert Berry who JJ allowed to walk away and sign with the Cardinals... We bring in Marcellus Willey; enough said...

Parcells knew when we had Vinny that our QB situation was not the best... Instead of allowing Henson and Romo to play 2 years ago he was playing to win a losing battle... Allowing Vinny to play in meaningless games... At that moment we also knew that our OL was horrible...

So what did Parcells do to improve the line? They bring in Rivera (old), Fabini (old) and a couple of guys that frankly were cut for a reason...

Why did we draft Carpenter knowing we drafted Ware the previous year and Bradie James coming off of his best year ever. We had a kid in Kevin Burnett who was injured so again why Carpenter... We had a guy in Scott Fujita who is now looking great in New Orleans...

Why did we draft Fassano when we had a PRO BOWL TE... 3 postions could have been addressed; OL, Safety, or WR... Or better yet draft a freaking QB and let him groom...

The first year off the bat Parcells did what exactly? Sure he cleaned house some... But he had to know going in what our problems were considering we have stunk for quite a while... Why did it take so long to bring in a CB... Why is it we still don't have a replacement for Woody... BP should have made his switch to the 3-4 his first year... Why did Parcells continue to bring in his FOB's when frankly they all failed... Did he not realize that Vinny was a bad idea... Seriously Quincy Carter would have been better... And we all know how we feel about QC...

Bottom line it simply took too many years before BP figured it out... And frankly we aren't there yet... The Cowboys needed to make radical moves, make trades, move up in the draft and they didn't do that... We needed to scrap the entire team and go with a new fresh look and simply let them grow... When I look at TO, TG and Bledsoe I'm looking at 3 old guys at key positions...

I think it is a little unfair to say that needs have not been addressed. We needed a FS, He tried Keith Davis, who basically was a rookie last year and this year, gota true rookie in Watkins, when you play young players, there will be mistakes. The OL.. has been addressed, Rogers and Peterman were both High draft picks, that had a lot of promise, but NO coach can see the Heart of a player, which these two lack. I don't think it is a lack of trying, but maybe some bad decisions. The only gripe I have from the BP era is the QB situation. We have up and coming WR, a very talented but Young D, 2 young RB's. If Romo is the guy, then we have a young talented QB. A couple of bust on the OL and everyone is saying BP is a failure.. I just don't buy it.
