He built us a team that is only a few players away from contending. Personally, thats all I think he is capable of doing anymore. I don't think he is capable of coaching a team to a superbowl win any longer. His gameplans are way too passive on both Defense and Offense, he is incapable of making adjustments during the game, and he stubbornly refuses to use the talent he has to the best of its ability.
Thank You, Bill, for improving the talent level but its time to give way to a coaching staff that can actually put a winning GAMEPLAN together, call a halfway decent game, and get the team to execute on the field.
