If you don't think this game meant a whole ton to the organization then think again. This was a big win for the organization and I really hope it means things got turned around. We've won the occassional nice game but haven't followed through, but I think there is an air of optimism that can be built on.

Sheesh. There must have been some massive amount of pressure on Bill and Jerry for them to act like this, and you know the QB decision was a tough one. After Romo threw that one Sandlot pick early I thought ohoh. But nobody packed it in down 14. We could have given up. Another doink off the upright field goal to help our confidence. 4 penalties to eliminate 1st down plays. Sheesh, no wonder Parcells is stressed out.

This was a huge game. We have two beatable opponents on the road coming up. They aren't great but they are at home. We need to build a nice run here. I think the coaching and management staff knew this first game with Romo starting was a big one for everyone's confidence. Now to keep going!

Nice win.

I was smackin' people's arses all night! Funny thing is, after the first quarter, Romo doesn't scare me anymore...

The entire Cowboy nation breathed a collective sigh of relief because this game proved we're still contenders. We lose this game, and our season is basically in the toilet.

But to go on the road and beat, nay, embarass a team that was in the NFC Championship game last year gives this club new life. It was certain death or renewed hope. Jerry knew it, Bill knew it, and the entire Cowboy faithful knew it.

WE AIN'T DEAD YET!

The cowboy faithful, like myself, wouldn't. I'd stick it out. After all... the Commanders had five in a row to end the year last year....

I agree.

Once I figure out how to search through old threads, I full plan on calling the d-bag 'Cowboy' fan out that suggested our season was over.

I wasnt even thinking of you, it was some other poster with 3000+ posts claiming the season was over, and in it I got called out for trying to tell this feminine hygeine product to have faith, and that their were 10 games left.

Yea, but one bad game isnt indicitive of anything. The Bears looked like garbage against the fuggin Cards and came out and put up the second biggest half time lead in NFL history today.

They never had to worry about Drew Bledsoe though.

I was too. However, I live in the DC area. I've witnessed first hand the soreness these bastids go through year in and year out. They seem to keep their heads up for the most part...last year it paid off. Don't count us out yet.

oh no, I realized my mistake quickly thereafter, that was very unlike me, I'm usually very calm, hell, I'm a major Cowboy apologist lol, it was just me doing some major venting, I got it out of my system though and started looking at the positives
