Considering the garbage team we had before Him I say He did a good job at getting us kick started in the right direction. We have a lot of players with potential and a solid enough team to compete now, and who knows with little tweaks here and there We might be closer toa SB than you think..So stop complaining already it's getting annoying as hell:bang2:

I agree, if we get a good defensive coordinator, that can show our defensive guys really how to blitz, and get free when they do so, that is first step.

i do think the next step is getting someone like norv in here to tutor jason garrett, for a couple of years, while doing that, norv can develop tony romo, and bring him on.

However, the biggest thing i think will be what jerry jones will do in free agency. Now, is not the time to wait and not sign good free agents, we need to go out and sign guys like thomas lb/de from ravens, steinbach the good OG from bengals, resign gurode and colombo, gramatica and mcbrair our punter . Along with that, I think it is imperative either through the draft or free agency we find a good punt returner.

then draft wisely and get good players that can help us in the first 3 rounds this year.
