Parcell's retirement speech?

I am not saying he should or shouldnt do this... it has been done in the past by other players/coaches etc....

I am just curious what your thoughts are?

Should he or shouldnt he tell the players.... "there is a good chance I wont be coming back next year, lets get it done this year" or something to that effect....

effective? useless? doesnt matter? brainfart? LOL

I'd think it could be very counterproductive -- meaning they might start worrying about the changes which might happen next year. New coach staff, maybe difference offensive/defensive schemes, new players familiar with new coach brought in while current players traded/let go. Hopefully Parcells doesn't even think about going this route. Bad idea.

Thanks. What about when Fassel did the whole "all my chips are in" speech and the Gints went to SB... well they went... but didnt show up.....
