that Parcells will be held responsible for the future success or failure for this team. I think both sides can agree on this. There will be no pointing the fingers this time. If Parcells wins, you can't give half the credit to Jones for pulling off some amazing trades. Likewise, if Parcells loses, you can't blame Jones for being a puppeteer. I take solace in this fact. Parcells is selecting his staff. Parcells is drafting the players. Parcells is signing his free agents. Parcells is running his offense.
So whether you love or hate Parcells, both sides can agree that he is in charge. If we win, we know who gets the credit. Likewise, if we lose, we know who is responsible. I do like the fact that there are no more conspiracies etc. Unlike the Jimmy Johnson and Dave Campo years, it's nice to finally have some claritiy as to who is running things.
