Sometimes people cannot elevate in their profession. It happens in all walks of life. Leadership matters and great leaders can elevate those around them. It doesnt happen with speeches but through preparation and focusing on the details. I dont see the players demonstrating preparedness, so until that changes CP is not who Jerry thought he was.

This is all true. I just don’t know how you come to the conclusion he sucks after 5 games because he can’t make Reddy Steward or Marquise Bell good players lol.
