If the Cowboys can't get a push up the middle on Brady, the blocking scheme will take Parsons wide and Brady will have a field day climbing the pocket. I hope Quinn moves Parsons around Monday Night with a good dose at MLB.

The Bucs are vulnerable right now in the middle of their oline! I really hope Dan Quinn put together a good game plan to take advantage of this opportunity!

Parsons at LB makes the most sense, because you get the most talent on the field that way....

I just worry though if the bucs are thinking one step ahead and counters Dallas' aggressive rush up the middle with passes to the flats using their quick rb or goodwin!

The issue with me is Quinn has become too predictable with Micah. yes you can move him around, but if you rush him every single time you do it defeats the purpose. I want to see him used more in a hybrid role, moved around a little more. he doesn't need to rush every play.

100%. They can blitz a a DB off the edge while Parsons plays MLB and roll him into coverage. They need to start showing some stuff they don't have on tape.

I just don’t see that he’s going to do this. I’ve been waiting for it for a month and he just won’t move him. He will be lined up at DE the entire game…

I'm afraid you are right.

People forget, that's kinda what made our defense special.. Because we had enough talent at DE.. and having him at LB is the spot where he's more talented than other LBs teams have.

We lose a lot against the run, not having his speed, too.

Yep….and he’s worn out. He’s obviously hurting as well. But he’s still better than anyone we have.

I like blitzing from the middle especially if you're only get pressure from the ends. Cowboys don't blitz a lot but it would help the corners forcing the ball out earlier.

It does not have to be Parsons. If they can shceme it so Parsons is outside, te Bucs will counters with a RB or TE to that side, when it's the running back, the can blitz Wilson or even LVE up the middle hoping to catch the Bucs short 1 blocker.

But beware, Brady gets rid of the ball faster than almost anyone. I think to beat him you have to take away the short passes and get to him with your front 4. This is where Dallas is not so great. I think we need Armstrong, Lawrence and Sam Williams to play at a very high level tonight. Having Hankins back might help.

LVE is a terrible blitz LB. Wilson will be too obvious if he is set up that far inside the box. Teams have been able to neutralize Parsons on the edge. I would like to see the Cowboys play him in different spots, including at MLB where he can be a force in both run support and getting pressure up the middle. Pounding him into the OL off the edge for 40 plays will provide more of the same that we have seen the past 6 weeks.

I don't disagree but this is why Brady if a certain first year of eligibility unanimous inductee to the HoF. Not many teams have the right combination of players to stop him. My point is if Parsons comes up the middle they will keep Fournette in to block, or they will dump the ball off to him. If they line Micah up in the middle, my guess is the Bucs will suspect he is blitzing from there and keep a RB in to pick him up or even use an offensive lineman to get him. My point is, if the keep a blocker in to stop Micah, then there has to be an opening somewhere else which can be exploited.

Pressure up the middle is the only way to get Brady

We don’t have the DTs for it so will have to blitz

Will we do it? Let’s see

Makes sense but I’m not sure Micah can get home that way instead of around the edge. His speed outside is what sets him apart.

Heaven forbid someone else make a damn play.

Maybe kicking DLaw inside more than usual could be part of the plan.

Thing is, you don’t want to beg them to go to the run game because then we are done.

We have next to no shot at stopping Brady if the run is working, we will need to outscore them.

This really is just a terrible matchup for us, but I think we end up pulling it out. The six seed got a way better draw than we did.
