News: Parsons: 'College football is a joke'

Micah needs to ****. So sick of this mama's boy with no father figure running his mouth every two seconds. You can tell this guy was not raised by a man.

You know what's a joke is today's athletes like him that have podcasts/social media and then don't show it in the biggest games of his career.
And yet he's about to become the highest paid non-QB in the history of the league on the most visible team out there. I think things are going to pan out well for him. Why so salty? Lol.

And yet who the hell cares about how much he makes. The guy runs his mouth way too much about stuff that doesn't matter. Focus on playing football and staying healthy to help your team win games. These athletes today care about social media and clicks way too much. Worrying about what is going on in college football doesn't help the team win games. No one cares what Micah thinks about what is going on with college football.

The problem with fans like you is that you worry about crap that doesn't matter like how much money a player makes and how much coverage the Cowboys get instead of worrying about how to put the best product on the field to win games.. You sound like the owner/GM

Hey hot dog, you should fit right in here. The Cowboys are the biggest joke in the nfl for many years running.

We fans go on message boards and run our mouth on topics that we have no control over.

Be concerned if he goes all Kanye and or he tweets during the game or something. It's April, you really think him tweeting during the offseason has any impact on the games from September through December?
You sound mad simply to be mad over a nothing burger.

Have no idea what fans going on message boards has anything to do with anything. Sounds like you want all fans to agree with Micah and have no push back. All fans should agree with Micah no questions asked and be a

You are definitely a yes man. 'Yes Micah whatever you say, I agree'

LOL at me being mad. I'm not mad, what I am in tired of seeing articles about this guy that have nothing to do with the Cowboys and making the team better.

So take your old man yells at cloud nonsense and shove it up your ***.

Lol. Do you rock back and forth to self-soothe when you tell yourself that?
I struck a nerve with you and your buddy. Goodness get over yourself. I have a different opinion than you. You care about 'becoming the highest paid non-QB in the history of the league on the most visible team out there'.

I care about this guy not worrying about unimportant **** like this every week, interviewing the opposing teams players during the season, getting in arguments with TV personalities and instead helping his team win football games.

Do you have your Cowboy pom poms out wearing your cheerleader outfit when you self-soothe? I'll answer for you HELL YES.

You have a different opinion? So does Micah. In April, no less, lol. His opinion bothered you so much you resorted to personal attacks about his upbringing. So I merely mentioned the money because I know that bothers you types. Can't look down on those that outearn you 100s of times over, can you? So break out that "moral" high ground and then you even things up, huh? But you're not mad, I can tell. Lol.

That's close to what Arch Manning got last year without even being a starter. The deals are getting rediculous. Part of me is glad college kids are getting paid. But the transfer portal and all that makes it unbearable.
Arch Manning is the biggest star in college football. His presence alone draws so much attention that Texas easilly recoups whatever they pay him. I'm all for these guys being able to use their name and image to earn money off the field. The whole Reggie Bush thing and Manziel getting busted for signing autographs on footballs for cash were absurd intepretations of amateurism. But that is where the line SHOULD be drawn. Colleges should not be paying these guys cash directly. They already get tuition, a place to live, food, professional coaching, and scholastic tutors all for free. They get to perform the sport they love in front of millions. The fans are coming to the stadium no matter who is wearing the jersey. What more opportunity do colleges owe these kids?

If they can earn money off the field, then more power to them. The transfer portal should be put back the way it was. The NCAA needs rules or they are going to kill the sport.

Texas doesn't pay him. Illegal for the U to get involved w/ NIL money, tho I think the U can pay him a small amount.

Gotta look up NIL money, ATL, it's not the colleges paying.

I agree…my concern is this will just become a bidding war for championships based on who has the biggest boosters. I just don’t see this ending well without some limits.

I watched the Rick Pitino documentary and they have the billionaire booster who started VitaminWater (a St. John’s graduate) funding their NIL program for basketball. He meets with staff to put together rosters and provides the funding needed.

No it isn't. The majority have said this about college football before what Nico did. Another wrong incorrect from you.

Micah always has an opinion way too much to be heard as I've said over and over again in this thread. It's like you aren't paying attention. Well yeah you aren't.

I'm paying attention enough to see you ignore what I wrote about you. Lol.

I don't have a problem with the kids getting paid. Colleges have taken advantage of them for years while making billions. But I did laugh about Micah talking about learning life lessons as a man at Penn State. I guess he took multiple children out of wedlock 101 for his capstone course.
