Jerry isn’t the only one who would have kept Dak as the starter all these years. It’s laughable for anyone to think they’re GM’s out there who think Dak sucks like some ridiculous fan does. lol
What is laughable is the few fans who actually think Dak does not suck . Dak is a mental midget, with a weak arm and stones for legs

The thread is about Micah and Diggs discussing top QBs. This is just a weird take at the end of the day all of them are struggling. Bringing up defenders on CZ is irrelevant and goofy. Who cares? You have eyes is Dak playing bad? You don’t need a fan or a hater to tell you if he is.
Obviously I'm able to make determinations on my own. So are Diggs and Parsons.

Should they rank Dak higher than he deserves, simply because they aren't playing great right now?

If you want to state that Diggs and Parsons are underperforming right now, you'll get no argument from me (or anyone else on this forum most likely)

But your take earlier that I originally responded to seems to indicate that they aren't on solid ground to question Dak because they aren't killing it themselves

If I mis understood you, then we can discuss that. But from my vantage point, they are correct in not rating Dakota on a list of top qbs. Regardless of how good they are playing currently

Contrary MountaineerCowboy.....I'd look at you sideways and expect you to view me in kind. Teammates are supposed to be teammates. Ride or Die together. The finger pointing or blame should stay out the public eye or social media......just too cheap for me. I'll blame you for the fallout on my posts today. (joke)
I think it bears consideration that when Dakota was negotiating for a contract, he spoke of the importance of the "brotherhood"

He was talking about the other NFL qbs

Not doing what was best to put the Cowboys in the best position

Maybe his actual teammates took notice and didn't appreciate it

well for some that holds some water...but Diggs and #11 took discounts for what team mates? Diggs got paid and has missed twice as many games as he has played.. do we want to bet on how #11 handles his next contract and if it will be "Team mate Friendly" or will it be the highest paid Defensive player ever? yup kill Dak he could've left this circus and stayed he deserves it but stop acting like these 2 clowns are "Team friendly"

If anyone is looking at the 2024 season and puts Dak on the list they should be banned from all media. Dak knows he hasn't played well. Mahomes isn't either but he's still doing enough to win and not just waiting till the game is out of reach to make things look closer.

Dak doesn’t care. When football is over he’ll have generational wealth for lucking into a Mercedes and not screwing it up for enough years to fool one of the worst GMs in the league. He effectively won the lottery in a league where he should’ve never been more than a backup QB under a real GM.

you should really go back and see what QB's have started games in the NFL over the last 8 years...even for a person who cant stand Dak like yourself..this is a dumb comment...Dak has played bad this year..no need to throw in ridiculous comments that dont make sense...

I don’t know what post you are referencing of mine. If I’m not mistake and I could be I thought I said initially the issue with the podcast is they wouldn’t be as honest with themselves. Tanking Dak is t a issue it would be more of a problem if they did rank him I’d question their sanity.

This is embarrassing and as the QB I would be pissed. Say what you want about Dak, he has never thrown a teammate under the bus. I can promise you that when asked a similar question about corners he would put Diggs up there even though he isn’t. Because he is a good teammate
"I think I have to throw him a better ball," Prescott said, according to the Dallas Morning News. "Just put it right there on his face mask and don't give him a chance to drop it, I guess."

Just because other QBs suck doesn’t mean Dak didn't walk into a prime situation and isn’t worth what the senile GM paid him.

I wished Parsons & Diggs would have been asked to rank the top 10 pass rushers & cornerbacks. They both have sucked this year so they shouldn’t be throwing stones at Dak (though it’s the truth).

At this point I don't think Dak would even put himself on that list

I don't think Dak would disagree with them right now. They are going by what the QBs are doing this year. If you asked them why Prescott isn't up there, I bet you'd get a different answer than the one you get on here.
