Not just TX....pretty much nationwide. Nephew just sold his New Jersey home $50k over his asking price and get this. He rec'd the offer the same it was listed. No way in hell this can continue. At some point, it's going to crash.

Same thing is happening here in PA.

I have a relative that’s a real estate agent. She will hold an open house and get offers in less than a week. 20,30,40k over asking price.
