Who cares?

When is Zimmer gonna be on the podcast is the real question.
I'll tell you exactly when, Micah is going to have a hot streak early in the season, everything will be good they'll be best bro's, he'll meet mama Parson's at their house for dinner, then it'll be him as a special guest on the podcast! He'll even have a new name for him, Dan Quinn will call and Micah will hit the ignore button!!!!!!

Micah Parsons is still immature at times, so let's not act as if he's 100% this defense's true leader. A true leader would have been at minicamp and the other team get togethers prior to training camp so he would not be forcing his new D-Coordinator and coaches to spend 45 minutes early every day now at training camp to get Micah caught up!

True but some think he's cancer and wants him gone....
I'm sure Diggs does, judging by the fact that Parsons made him run from that scrap -- it's a pity when our players can't get along.

Then, again, we all wonder why we can't win in the playoffs. Something is sorely missing here and, apparently, it's not changing.

He's not a cancer but we've seen him go AWOL in some of the biggest and most important games. Just look at his stats against the Bills, Packers and Dolphins just last season.....abysmal in all 3 losses.....approx. 3 total tackles and 1 sack TOTAL

Just have to be 100% sure before making him the highest paid non-qb in the league

this is how Football 101 works in the real world...... You learn the new system in the offseason, you implement and execute the system during training camp...not the other way round!
That's not at all how it works.

Nobody learns everything about a new system, all the ins and outs and intricacies, during the offseason.

They need to get Micah back to playing linebacker primarily and being a 5th pass rusher. I'm not saying don't rush him often, but don't wear him out like Quinn did.

At least Parsons and Zimmer are talking now. Parsons said he hardly said a word to Zimmer when he first arrived.

Their installing defense in camp - they want a guy on the field leading the install that day - how hard is this for you guys - dont be so dense!!
Because of the NFLPA agreement, there's only very limited time in camp to get players accustomed to a new defense, the calls and where to line up..that's why they're given the defensive playbook to learn it prior to camp...the fact that only Micah needs 45 minutes prior to practice for coaches to spoon feed him the defense is alarming!

We really don't know what effort he's already put towards learning the new defense. I agree he's not a "true leader," but he's young and can grow into that role. As frustrated as I've been with him at times, I expect him to mature and step into that role. Zeke is a good example of a player who grew up with the team, and I can't say Parsons has been a bigger bone head than young Zeke.
