That’s what many on this board seem to think. Quinn got owned when two things happened. 1) Offense couldn’t get a lead and 2) The opposing offense COMMITTED to running the ball. When those two things were combined Quinn D looked bad.

Zimmer has an offense that can’t get a lead and turns the ball over at an alarming rate. Also has less talent on D than his predecessor but is somehow blamed.

Sometimes teams lose good players but the goal should be to find good replacements, not to scape some junk off the bottom of the barrel like Dallas does. But at the same time, we can't forget we lost Sam Williams, Parsons, Lawrence and Kneeland to injury. We got the only replacements we could find. It should not be shocking they are not producing.

Also we knew DT was a soft spot for Dallas last year. It could be worse this year.

Behold the talent level on the DL. A couple injuries hurt but away from that it’s horrendous. It’s clear now that Mazi is at best a rotational guy. It is JAG city. Just the latest example of how this FO sucks.

Armstrong and Fowler are gone from the roster Wheat KJ Henry Lawson etc etc are filing up the roster now getting zero pressure on QB’s . So if you want to say Wheat joined the rotation later after Lawrence Parsons Kneeland all went down is irrelevant. Armstrong if on the roster would certainly play over Wheat .

I would say depending on Sam Williams in camp given the track record was not good planning on the part of the FO .

You got nothing out of Armstrong his first few years either. Kneeland starting was already more than Dorance did his rookie year.
