Passing issues vs Chargers: Is the problem Dak, Gallup, pass routes or all-of-the-above?

Honestly, I'm not sure who/what it is but this group ( MM, Dak and Gallup ) has been together too long to have issues with what should be routine pass plays. Hell, I could halfway understand it if we were talking about a rook or young player but it's season vets who have played together over 4-5 years. IDK, maybe we are asking Gallup to do things he's not good at and if that's the case, it's something Dak should know by now.

I wil just as I judge you and your insanity bc you defending dak and still making excuses for him makes you insane. He’s the only common element between 2016 and now multiple wr, rb, te, different line personnel, etc. fact is Dak has lost at every level; especially bad agai st good competition going back to sec days. He just not it and has too many flaws to cover up. Dak is looking right where he’s going with it every time. He hold the ball too long. Poor pocket awareness, slow, arm is mediocre at best, he is what he is, career backup anywhere but Dallas with all the weapons he run through.

So you think the whole league is so highly impressed with the Dallas Cowboys they consistently rank Dak from #9-12? Yet if it wasn't for us propping him up he is a career back up.

I have no problem with the criticisms, but your hyperbole invalidates you.

Why do you guys think quarterbacks don’t look at where they are throwing? You can tell you guys don’t watch nothing but Cowboy football lol.

All of the above.

And if this season ends like previous ones, I am on record as saying we need to blow the offense up.

It's hard to take anyone seriously that doesn't see the flaws in the QB, the OC, the play designs, etc.

Wow, such an emotional rant. Where is your tape to support your accusations?

I would ask that you provide any video to support your Dak accusations, but I'm sure you won't. Instead, I'll provide you film breakdown from ex-QBs who now break down film for a living. Let's see what they say about Dak. Let's see if they agree with you or not...

Gallup is not getting enough separation and really never did. He is great at the scramble drill and will occasionally make a big play but we need more from the snaps he is getting.

Quite frankly Cooks, Tolbert and Turpin should be seeing more snaps but this offense is stagnant and predictable so it is hard to believe much is going to change.

Again, this is a bit of an overreaction to one game. There is no denying Gallup had an awful game against the Chargers. The TD pass he dropped should have been caught and there were a couple of short passes where he could have done better. He had a bad game, but here are his catches and targets for the other games, 1-2, 1-2, 6-7, 5-6, 2-5, and 3-10. He was the Cowboys leading receiver against the Cardinals with 92 yards.

The problem with Gallup is he is limited in the routes he can run. He is not great at the slant passes. He is better making those contested sideline catches downfield. Also, his entire career has been marked by drops of relatively easy passes, then he makes the great sidelines catches with his toes just in bounds.

Use CeeDee and Tolbert for those slants. Gallup does not run those very well.

1-Dak - our 7 year vet who admitted he gave up against SF (he should have been benched at least 1 game for his "I'm humbled" comment)

2-lack of rb's letting safeties drift toward our average wr corp

3-OC- nobody put any weight into Rodgers saying he overrode over 50% of MM's calls. why not?
