Pat Peterson vs. Prince Amukamara

I havent watched any LSU games this year and highlights on youtube dont really say anything.

How come they are saying Peterson is one of the best CB prospects to come out in such a long time?

OTOH I regularly watch Nebraska as they are my favorite college team behind ASU and Prince is a stud.

If we take a CB with a top 3 pick he HAS TO BE the next Revis or close. CBs usually NEVER go that high.

Peterson is a nasty S.O.B. in how he plays the game. He has great cover skills, YET, he's built like a **** SS. He will tackle you like a SS as well. LSU has him listed at 6'1", 222, yet he's supposedly running high 4.3-low 4.4 40's. He is one of those legitmate talents that whomever drafts him can probably place him ANYWHERE in the secondary and he will be a stud. If given the opportunity, drafting him takes precedence over any OLineman because he is easily the better overall talent.

I'd also like to get Kelvin Sheppard (MLB) from that D as well.

Thats like comparing Peyton Manning to Jay Cutler.... PP is a absolute machine.

BTW, Asomugha is better then Revis.

Prince has better technique at this point but he can't touch the athlete/potential that PP has IMO.

I like both of them but I take Peterson every chance I can.

Prince is nice but gimme the guy who went up against SEC Competition. I'd be happy if we traded down and got Prince though, depending on what else we get back too (extra 2nd)
