If he was hit with the crown of the helmet...or the helmets collided, that's helmet to helmet and it's a violation. That's the basis of the rule, not about whether it was an extraordinary play or not.Jimz31;3191833 said:RB's are hit in the helmet just about everytime they get hit....if you saw the play, there was nothing out of the ordinary about it.
Bottom line was that he was a RB on that play waaay out of the pocket.
